Personal belongings

Natasha Lynn Stoddart (Sylvan Lake)

Landlord/ friend was illegaly renting a room to me moved in August 15 2024 evicted me around 2nd week of May 2025. I was provided no lease at all.. I was going through a very hard time I struggle with a mental illness which he knew. Was suicidal and even put myself in the mental hospital. My health has been horrible and unable to work. Anyway I didnt get my things for a while as I was sick in and out of hospitals but told him I would asap . I started emailing him to get my belongings and he'd make excuses or ignore me I do have our emails of all convos. Long story short I got fed up called police but they can't do anything🙄 agreement was made for Sunday the 8th august he wouldn't reply to me about getting my belongings and I wasn't comfortable going there alone without his permission. He put my belongings outside some of them and he has lots in the house but says it got stolen outside which was illegal to do.. I want to charge him with intent to cause hardship on a person with a mental illness. He has my bed tablet tv winter clothes coffee table speaker sound bar air fryer and even my personal documents so I want a charge for theft or fraud as well .what are your thoughts?
