My tentants husband and wife of 3 years just broke up she gave us epo with sole occupancy. He is not in the property Can we conclude lease with him? She doesn’t want him off the lease but he has no access He owns the damage deposit he is requesting it back She paid rent and I receipted her Now she tells me he is paying 3/4 of October rent on the 15th And she wants 3/4 of her payment refunded to her. I feel like he should pay her not me because I wrote a receipt for rent already
