Landlord unlawful eviction

J M (Red Deer)

After paying my rent late a few times my landlord filed an application with RTDRS to terminate Tenancy.A conditional order was granted. I met all conditions so Tenancy was not to be terminated. My landlord hired a bailiff to change the locks without notice, which left my family and I homeless. We didn't receive a Notice of Default and when I contacted bailiff, he hadn't received one either.landlord is refusing entry and refusing to let us retrieve our belongings. It was filed with court of kings bench, so do I file a new application through kings bench fir damages and abatement? I want to put an application together against my landlord as well as bailiff, but not sure where to start?
