Is there a different set of guidelines concerning Commercial Landowner and Tenant disputes and notices or did it follow guidelines similar to Residential Landlord/Tenants?
Commercial leases generally aren't governed by the Residential Tenancies Act. Instead they're primarily governed by the terms of the lease, as interpreted by contract law. There are some exceptions though, for example safety.
