I just needed to know if I have anything to file as a personal injury suit due to a fire that was intentional started at my apartment building in the apartment below us putting us out of home and mental and emotional distress to me and my 18 year old daughter. I guess my question is if he is in jail already and not really a contributor to society is there really any point in suing him? Even if we do get granted this will there be any payment to us at all anyways? Just want to know if we should start down this road.
There is more to what happened and what we are still going threw but I am just seeking advice is we should go threw with this or not.
