My previous supervisor terminated my employment during my probationary period for documented sickness(I was under the care of doctor with sick note) and wrote to head quater that I was always late and didn't meet the performance requirements of the department. Now another daughter company wanted to hire me and red the untrue reasons for separation. They pulled the job offer. can I sue him for that?
