I’m wondering if there is any advice for dealing with WCB I work in a healthcare setting and believe I have been subjected to workplace harassment that includes 2 managers and their supervisor and I can’t find any help and WCB and my employer are making me feel like a criminal. They want to dig through my medical and personal life for the last to years so I can prove that this is work related? Should I be retaining an employment lawyer or is this just the process?
