Work conflict

You, Fu-Yu (Calgary)

Hi, I am Taiwanese and live in Calgary now.

I was an employee. I was dismissed maliciously but my boss asked me to voluntarily resign.

I didn’t make any mistakes that caused any significant damage to the company, and I always worked hard. But when fighting for my rights, my boss felt that my attitude in writing was disrespectful to her, so she used emotional blackmail to force me to leave my job.

Where can I find labor-related legal consultation?
Where can I complain to my employer?
And if I complain my employer, will it affect my application for permanent residence in Canada?
And which Canadian law can I rely on to defend my rights?

Thank you!!
