Disability workers got a raise on January 1st, I was approached by my employer and told I would get the raise too, I'm a contracted worker through PDD She didn't pay the full raise, she just gave me a dollar raise instead of 4$... and backpay ti January was never paid to me like other workers got. Can she refuse to pay a governor wage increase and ignore the retroactive pay?
