Parking Ticket

I received a parking ticket from Diamond Parking for a private lot I attended a doctor's appointment in. They did not have signs to login to park there. I sent them a letter from the office that I was in the building, and photos in their lot with lack of signage. They refuse to void the ticket and I want to take them to small claims court to remove the ticket and pay for the filing fees for court etc. I am unsure how to go about this. I would greatly appreciate help! Thank you!
