Financial abuse is covered under the family violence act, I haven't been able to find any information on clearing debt or options for women after the damage has been done other than she pays, which brings me to my question... I have had to pay the debts. Can the Special Chambers Judge put in an order to remove the negative and derogatory comments and history from my credit bureau?
