My Business Is Being Defamed? Please Help Me?

Craig (Edmonton)

There are 2 posts on the net about me and my Business and they are VERY CLEARLY DEFAMATION. Because they say I got arrested and charged with fraud, plead guilty, and got sentenced to by a Judge in my city. HERE IS THE PART THAT WON'T SURPRISE YOU. There are no court or police records that I ever got arrested and charged with fraud, or went to any court ever, or got sentenced for any crime by any Judge ever. That's not protected by free speech because it's not an opinion, it's a false statement of facts designed to destroy my reputation which is Defamation and that's a crime. But whenever I report it to the website, they basically say "Sucks to be you dude." Whenever I ask Google to remove it from search results, they never respond. And whenever I ask a Lawyer, they want to charge me a MILLION DOLLARS to get it removed. I also know who posted it, but I'm sure he used an IP Blocker when he did it, so I would have trouble actually proving it was him. So how I get Google to remove it from search results when it's CRYSTAL CLEAR DEFAMATION?
