I am building a for‑profit startup with six limited, fixed‑price founding station packages. Each buyer receives defined non‑random benefits such as updates, a crest, a chapeau, and recognition. There is one station per person, and once a station is claimed, it is unavailable. Can I sell these fixed, non‑recurring packages in Alberta, and what must the website clearly disclose to do it properly?”

> “I originally planned a vehicle draw connected to payments, but I am removing that until I receive legal advice. Does any remaining wording—such as ‘charter tax,’ limited stations, founding benefits, access, feedback, refund language, or future plans—create a legal problem?

Do I need to register the company before I can run the funding page?
