I am wondering if I have a case worth fighting. I had ordered a crystal advent calendar worth $66.79 Cad, and they never sent it, gave me a fake tracking app, would not tell me where my package was, wouldn't ask for my tracking number, and only offered a 50% refund of which they have not followed through on.
I placed the order on October 23 2024, and only realized I never got it around the start of December when I would have started it.
When I contacted them regarding the refund they said "Our finance department will process refunds within 10-15 business days," it has been a bit more than that now and I see no reason as to why it should have taken this long to begin with.
Is there anything i can do or am i out 60 bucks?
