Our previous condo managers hired a contractor to replace our sprinkler system in our attic. We fired the management in June 2023 and were presented with an 80,000.00 invoice and a deficiency list and code violations from the engineer. The contractor filed a case against us and we went to mediation. The contractor agreed to a payment plan but would not commit to the scope of work that needed to be done. They actually downplayed the severity of the deficiencies. They demanded payments to start before any work would start. We went to a pre-trial and the judge ordered a trial for February 24 and 25, 2025.That is the gist of our case. We need a lawyer to argue our case in court.
