I'm a victim of Identity theft and my past bank account with atb has permitted money to be withdrawn and are claiming I have never recieved gst or have had any online banking purchases in which as a disabled person , Online purchase were extremely helpful. I'm unsure of how to access an attorney to help me in this matter
