So I have a current issue with my property. My landlord did not pay the property taxes and the ownership transferred over to the county. They have given me and eviction notice which I have already objected but I'm wondering what I can do so I can keep my house. Tenant laws state when ownership changes regarldess of situation the new owner has to abide by the rental agreement made between us and the landlord. What are my next steps
