I am executor of my son’s estate . He had a life insurance policy naming his 14 year old son as beneficiary who resides with his mother. My son’s will states he wanted myself & his father to manage all of his estate not his ex-wife. I understand I need to apply to the Alberta court for a letter of Probate or Administration to. Named financial guardian of the insurance monies for our grandson. Which forms will I need to complete? There are no funds for legal fees. Thank-you for your time.
