My daughters husband passed away. they have no children. We are filling out the Grant of Administration GA 1. There was no will. Their house is in his name only and no joint accounts. Do we need to fill out the inventory form. GA 2. The deceased also is on title with his mothers house. That being the case would the wife of the deceased need to fill out the GA 2 inventory form to include that? Thanks
