I had my fiance pass away on 2022 and he had an ex gf that had a will with him from 2017.. so I did have a lawyer which did absolutely nothing nothing for me and with all the false and in accurate information from his ex with the will made me feel defeated because I depended on my fiance , he took care of me and I feel I got treated absolutely with no questions asked wrong in every way on her behalf and made it almost impossible to live a normal day to day life after his death she lied about a lot of stuff and the lawyer I had seemed to be more on her side than anything maybe it’s because I couldn’t afford to keep paying the lawyer after the ex had me removed from my own home which made me homeless at the time I still struggle with the loss of my fiance and I pretty much just gave up because I had no help to defend me that I gave up because she made me look so horrible In the avidafit from before and recently just got a email from her lawyer the other day stating I have a court date on Jan 20 and need council.. I have a lot of proof to back me up and documents and the legal memorandum of the estate from my lawyer at the time … if someone would just look at this court case I’m sure they will see there is something fishy about the whole thing and I’m sure someone will help me with this court case I need council and very almost positive that someone looked into the whole thing and realized that something ain’t right. So the affidavit that was sent by email from her lawyer on Jan 6 was not true and I honestly couldn’t live with at least not trying again to prove that can she get in trouble for the lies and in accurate information that she swore is true when it’s not?
