I am in the process of preparing the forms for the Grant of Probate, and have a few questions:
1) If my mother died in Edmonton, is it okay for me to file the application in Calgary?
2) Can the forms be submitted double-sided?
3) Is it mandatory to file the Affidavit of Witness to a Will (form GA8) if the witnesses are no longer alive or cannot be readily found for the will and/or codicil?
