So my neighbor has been cyber, attacking my host. My network, every device in my house that can be hacked into he has been harassing the neighborhood and myself for about twenty years.I've taken him for a restraining order about ten twelve years ago. It went quiet for a bit and then I moved home with my mom and he started up again. He has compromised my devices. I cannot use them. He is embedded in them. He manipulates things in my phone. He is in my network.I've had three internet providers come to my house.And before we were able to get signed into my network, he had taken it over.And we had no way of signing in. He's in my mom's network with telus. He has a starlink, he has telis he has rogers, he has linux and he has a bunch of bluetooth devices that he uses. I'm not sure if anything I have done with my phone to find out. This information is illegal.But I would like some direction on what I can do and who I can speak to as he has taken my mental health and stomped on it. I cannot leave my house in fear. That he is following me.And I need to know what I can do about this. He is also hacked into my boyfriend's business account on jobber and he has taken over all the clients, information and deferred.All the phone calls to god knows where. I just need to speak to somebody.The police will not help me
