On Thursday evening of last week I prepared 4 crates for 2 different contracts. On Friday morning a truck driver shows up claiming to be there to pick up 4 crates. I, unwittingly asume he is there for the ones prepared the night before. I load the crates on his truck, sign and date the BOL and have him do the same. He leaves about 09:30. At 11:00 another truck shows up with paperwork for those same 2 contracts. I realize to my horror that I just made a monumental error. Do I have any legal recourse?
