My neighbor threw hot tea on me and proceeded to punch and scratch me in the face not letting me go. I have called the cops and they took pictures of my face but they told me they will review the stories and see if charges can be made.
I thought throwing hot liquids on anyone in Canada was a serious offence? I would just like to know what I can do in this situation if charges are not filed.
