Victim breaching restraining order

Jay (Edmonton)

My ex girlfriend accused me of criminal harrassment and had a restraining order against me. After two months of waiting to go to court for it I find out it’s not been filed so I thought it was not going to be.
I went to see her and she talked to me and than came over to my place for the night and than continued calling me when she was missing me and also wanting to be intimate. The case was refiled during that time and she felt like only I’d be breaching and I was stressed about it but also wanting to show her that I’m not bad and wanting everything to just stop. Are there any consequences on her end or will it make the case look like there isn’t an issue as she has spent time with me that would go against her accusations of me being unsafe to be around.
