Perjury

Alyson weiss (Lac ste Anne county)

What is the next step when I discover that the plaintiff in a court affidavit has committed pergury with specific intent? The original affidavit against me has a 2 specific intention statements that are knowingly untrue to the person who filed the affidavit.
I have proof on video that he specifically lied about when he was at my house. The time date stamp of the video is irrefutable proof her made up lies to harass me because I was a witness against him in his crimminal charges.
So he stared civil proceedings against my l self and my 2 adult children. Within days of his receiving disclosure for his crimminal charges. He used the same lawyer for both crimminal and civil.
Is our law suit even valid when his original affidavits that started the whole thing are complete perjury and only filed as retaliation to my being a witness in his crimminal charges?
