Hello so my husbands ex who he shares a child with has now called the police to report me for hitting this child. The only hit I ever did to this child in the last 10 years was a quick tap with my fingers and said smarten up lose the attitude. This child’s father was in the room when it happened he knew about it and didn’t do anything about it because the child’s attitude was aweful and I didn’t hurt him. He’s 14. This has happened Friday March 8. We’re pretty sure this is an act for her to get full custody, as she lied to the police when they asked when he was supposed to come back to our house because she wanted him to babysit. So what do I do?
