Defense material

Jeremy Dunlop (Collingwood Cove)

Hello,
I'm pleading not guilty to two by-law charges related to an alleged animal attack (dog).
The crown has provided me with the disclosure. Do I have to provide the crown with any material I plan to use in my defense, for example: 3rd party statements from the breeder, who lives in Labrador (not related to the attack but the demeanor of my dog), Photos, videos of behavior, etc.?
