I want to appeal from a Justice of the court of king’s bench Albert for the costs incurred during a litigation between me and my condominium corporation, should I l file the application for permission to appeal on the court of king’s bench, or the court of appeal Alberta ?and provide with reasons. If I should appeal on the court of king’s bench, do I must also only file online as like appealing on the Court of Appeal Alberta? What’s the deadline and correct procedure to file the appeal?
