I am seeking some legal advice on what I can do regarding my property. My shady ass landlord failed to pay the property taxes on the property we are renting which has resulted in the county sending us a n eviction notice for the end of may. Our plan was to make an offer and purchase the house ourselves with a private donor but just found out there is a lein on the property by the mortgage broker that the shady landlord used at one point to take a mortgage out on the house . I need to know what I can do next to remove the lien and purchase the property
