Contempt of Court

CW (Calgary)

What forms do you need to use to file contempt of court?
How do I go about changing a special set for summer as the claims made for sole custody were proven a lie?

This isn't minor, it involves making false claims to CFS (proven by CFS legal report), lying in court and in affidavits, withholding the children based on false claims, defamation (claiming abuse against multiple people), breaching nearly every point in the parenting order and more even...
Because it is in family court, the police said we would have to go through the courts (they can not lay charges without that happening but confirmed the violations are criminal in nature), and civil court for the other party included, and go for a police enforcement cause.

This is a case where the courts and social system clearly have a bias. Even though there were documents proving her claims false, it took 6 months for a justice ti remove the two previous interim orders placed, and add my partner to the court order so this couldn't happen again.
