hello, I wanted to ask since i have been unemployed in Canada and if i am unable to pay for my lawyer and means to support myself in Canada after separation, is my ex-husband obliged to pay for my living allowance and rent and my lawyer until i am able to support myself? and what if he refuses to do so?
