I have a court order saying that I “A) my mom (who is the guardian of my child right now) shall have day to day parenting of the child B) myself shall have parenting time with the child as agreed upon between myself and my mom, such parenting time shall be supervised in my moms discretion. And the conditions say- No party shall be under the influence of alcohol or drugs not prescribed to them by a physician fir a period of 24 hours prior, or during any parenting time with the child.
My question is… What can I do if she hasn’t allowed me to see my child even once after the court order was made? That was 6 years ago now!!

It sounds like you may need to go back to the court to enforce the order. However, because lawyers need sufficient information to be able to provide an opinion, and to be able to ask you questions (which usually means at least a half-hour consultation), the lawyers here can only provide basic information and answer very general questions.
