My sons health neglected by dad, physician wrote a letter about urgency of testing due to pneumonia and child to be with me 7 days, police enforcement, I recorded them agreeing with me then they changed their mind and took my child without letting him get medical attention

Hi Trish, are you saying the father changed his mind? If it's the father who disagrees with medical treatment, you can seek an emergency court order which permits you to make the medical decision to get your son tested without his consent.
