Is it that the other side served you with a Notice to Attend Questioning, or that the Court ordered that the Questioning occur on a specific date? If it's the first, then if you don't attend all the other side can do is get a court order forcing you to attend. If it's court-ordered, then you should go back to court to get further direction asap. It really depends on the circumstances and you should have a proper conversation with a lawyer though, for example if delaying Questioning might impact another step then it could either make you look bad or put off resolution.
