I have my disclosure filed out and a hand written copy of notice to access, child, parenting and spousal forms. I am unable to open the editable file from the Alberta courts website.

You may visit a local library, where the computers should have document-reading software that your computer cannot download. Otherwise, you may take your documents to the courthouse and ask for the family filing desk.
